This is a hidden category.
Although pages are still categorised, this category is not shown on member pages unless the "Show hidden categories" preference under Appearance in Special:Preferences is checked.

This template should be placed on the category page of hidden categories.

Placing this template will add the __HIDDENCAT__ magic word, which will automatically add the category to Hidden categories.
