This category lists all Western Digital drives that are members of the WD Marvell family Avalon CR. This family is characterised by it reusing the HGST Vela and Vela-AP family HDA, as employed in various 4 and 6 TB Ultrastar drives, with Western Digital firmware, RN, WWN and spindle motor, similar to the Toshiba DT02 and P300 SMR drives (which have Hitachi Deskstar HDAs but Toshiba firmware, WWN and spindle motor).
