This category lists all Western Digital drives that are members of the WD Marvell family BigBear. BigBear was the first family to squeeze 2 platters into the 7 mm form factor. It was replaced by Charger, which used the same amount of platters with SMR to get 2 TB, and Palmer, which used SMR for the same capacity but one less platter (and a more traditional HDA)
