This category lists all Seagate drives that are members of the F3 family Lombard. This family pushed Seagate's maximum capacity to 4 TB, using four 1 TB platters; however, 3 TB versions instead use four 750 GB platters. It was succeded by V9, which released in both of Lombard's capacity tiers and reduced the platter count to three.
