Category:Seagate F3 Garbo
From Australian Enthusiasts Wiki
This category lists all Seagate drives that are members of the F3 family Garbo. It is essentially a 5,900 RPM version of Brinks, using the same HDAs. It was used for early Seagate Barracuda LP and all Seagate Pipeline HD models. It was succeeded by Hepburn, increasing density to 500 GB/platter. Interestingly, despite Garbo supporting a wide variety of platter configurations, neither Barracuda LP nor Pipeline HD used them all; Pipeline HD used only one platter models and Barracuda LP only used four platter models.
