Route 380 is a route operated by Busways Group NSW from the Yamba Depot and Grafton Depot.
This route is wheelchair accessible, operated by Yamba and Grafton's fleet of Mercedes Benz O500LE low floors, with the occasional trip done by Yamba's MAN 18.310 or Mercedes Benz O405NH.
