Displays Western Digital SMART attributes. This template is suitable for all Western Digital native drives released since 2003.

Template parameters

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.

Enable 0xBF	enable_0xbf	If set to "yes", and either enable_hp, enable_dell or enable_acer is set to "yes", displays 0xBF. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
Disable ramp-loading	disable_ramp	If set to "yes", disables 0xC0 and 0xC1, which are only tracked by ramp-loading drives. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
Disable 0xC2 for HP	disable_0xc2_for_hp	If set to "yes", and "enable_hp" is also set to "yes", adds a note to the 0xC2 row that the attribute is not tracked by HP OEM drives. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
Enable Dell attributes	enable_dell	If set to "yes", enables attributes only tracked by Dell OEM drives. Suggested values yes no	Unknown	optional
Enable 0xFE for Dell	enable_0xfe	If set to "yes", adds 0xFE Free Fall Protection. This comes with a note that the attribute is only availabe on Dell OEM models, which can be disabled with enable_0xfe_universal. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
Enable 0xFE universally	enable_0xfe_universal	If set to "yes", disables the note that 0xFE is only available on Dell OEM models. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
Enable base Lenovo attributes	enable_lenovo	Enables 0xF0, which is added by Lenovo OEM drives. See also enable_lenovo_new, which controls additional attributes added by new Lenovo drives on top of 0xF0. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
Enable newer Lenovo attributes	enable_lenovo_new	Enable Lenovo attributes that are added in addition to those controlled by enable_lenovo on drive models released since 2018. Suggested values yes no	String	optional
