Route 66 is a high capacity bus route operated by Transport for Brisbane. As of 2019, it is Brisbane's busiest bus route.[1] Most buses that operate on the route are articulated buses such as Volvo B8RLEAs, with lower capacity buses being used during off-peak periods.
History
Route 66 was one of several bus routes impacted by a major overhaul performed to UQ Lakes busway station; during this period, the route was modified so that it would operate as a "loop" back to RBWH.
